During the hearing, Mr Martinez embarked on a defamatory campaign to make me look like a troublemaker. Mr Martinez made rude statements about me and tried to misrepresent some publicly available information to support this campaign. This was completely unnecessary as the contemporary evidence never points to such a troublemaker attitude in me and even, in the hypothetical case that I would indeed have been a troublemaker at work, that would not have given anyone the right to bully me. The defamatory statements were therefore intended to attack my diminished self-confidence and self-esteem, to abuse my mental illness against me in an attempt to make me give up.
Page 1618 C – G and 1619 B – F: Mr Martinez brings up that my concept of reality is completely warped and not right and that I do not live in a world of reality.
Page 1656 A – 1667 F: Several pages where Mr Martinez used some news snippets in which I gave my political opinion or discussed things I disagreed with in environmental and heritage management, to try to misrepresent me as a troublemaker. I could explain the background of it and Mr Martinez's arguments were proven to be wrong.
Page 1709 D – 1710 B, there is a repeat by Mr Martinez of me falling out with someone in an attempt to to misrepresent this as that I have a problem with accepting authority.
Page 1844 D – F: the Chairman stops Hassans for making a facetious comment.
Page 1850 A – E: I request that the Chairman asks Mr Martinez to stop ridiculing me.
Page 2056 C – E: Mr Martinez asks me if my Court case is a ploy to try and retire.
"Except with his own consent, no person shall be hindered in the enjoyment of his freedom of expression, that is to say, freedom to hold opinions and to receive and impart ideas and information without interference."
