Is there still Rule of Law in Gibraltar?                          Is there corruption in the local police?

Page to be updated soon with extra information

An awful lot of evidence supporting that I should easily have won my case against Entain, can be found in the Tribunal transcript of witnesses' cross-examination.

There is as well the witness statement of my colleague Dennis Dorland who suffered exactly the same bullying as I did, by the same people and at the same time. Mr Dorland too suffered from mental illness as a result of the bullying at work. This witness statement will be added here soon.

The HR Department's investigation in team leader Susana Martin

During the 26 February 2020 Employment Tribunal Hearing about Jurisdiction, I mentioned the results of GVC/Entain's HR Department's investigation in team leader Susana Martin's Dutch and Scandinavian teams from end of January, early February 2018. This investigation proved that Susana Martin was an incompetent person with a very significant lack of leadership skills. I pointed out that this investigation gave a good insight in Susana Martin's personality. I will now make a more in depth analysis of this.

In the following numbers I do not use my own HR interview. 9 people, beside me, were interviewed. Jalila Kessissa had only been in the team for a few days but already mentioned the bad atmosphere in the team in her interview. I do not use her interview in the following numbers as she spent most of the time in the training class room, away from the team, in those days.

Of the eight people that were employed for a longer period of time the following comes up from these interviews;
- 8/8 say there is a bad atmosphere in the team with lots of tensions.
- 6/8 say that Susana Martin lacks leadership skills.
- 0/8 have something positive to say about Susana Martin's professional attitude.

Specifically for the Dutch team;
- 5/5 have seen bullying behaviour in the team.
- 4/5 people were victims and/or witnesses from gossiping by Susana Martin (1 refused to answer the question).
- 3/5 people mention the high personnel loss in the team.
- 2/5 people report problems caused by Susana Martin with their holiday requests.

It is significant here that GVC/Entain disclosed Yousri Amrani's interview almost three years after the start of these proceedings. They have been purposely hiding this important evidence.
