The Tribunal transcript proves all my claims.

The Employment Tribunal final hearing certified transcript consists of 1,250 pages transcribed from the audio-recordings of the ten-day final hearing on liability in the Employment Tribunal from 17 - 28 May 2021. It is interesting to analyse what evidence can be found in it. The conclusion can only be that with the transcript, I would have won my appeal in the Supreme Court and that the absence of the transcript and the failure to warn me of the ramifications of its absence, blocked my access to Justice. This is hard evidence, written black on white, about what witnesses declared under oath in front of the Employment Tribunal Chairman. The Court of Appeal Judges waived all this hard evidence away by calling it my "subjective assessment of the course of the hearing". Unbelievable...

Many obstructions were put in my way while I attempted to obtain this transcript. It looked to me that instructions had been given to sabotage my case by blocking my access to this transcript with the aim to block my access to justice. Was it Entain who had ordered these people to sabotage my case? Or was it someone else, maybe attempting to exercise political influence over my court case?
