Susana Martin's Product Knowledge
As team leader, Susana Martin was expected to do evaluations of the quality of the work of her team members. She abused this to give people she did not like bad evaluations, which upset several colleagues. Ms Martin's product knowledge was not up to date and she did not understand more complicated cases, which made her incompetent to do these evaluations. There were several occasions when she refused to admit that she was wrong. This should have been addressed in Ms Martin's Personal Improvement Plan (PIP) but this strangely never happened.

Page 1764 A – E: Dennis Dorland describes Susana Martin's product knowledge as poor.

Page 2078 H – 2080 A: Stef van Veen stated: Susana had her own preferences over the MOSS, some of which he disagreed with. This created confusion and people getting marked down because of the subjectiveness, which created unhappiness in the team. In page 2097 A – F: Mr van Veen states that Susana's knowledge of products and procedures was sufficient but that she was not an expert.

Page 2326 E – H: Jose Luis Aznar states that Susana Martin's information on promotions was not up to date. In page 2340 D – E: Mr Aznar states that he had lack of respect for Susana as team leader because of her lack of knowledge.
