A returning theme with several team members is that Susana Martin abused her team leader position to give bad quality evaluations to people she disliked. This could have serious repercussions as it could lead to dismissal and therefore created unrest in the team.
Page 2309 A – G: Susana Martin agrees that, in theory, she could have selected ten bad cases for the monthly quality evaluation.
This abuse of bad evaluations pops up in the written evidence and was confirmed during cross-examination of former colleagues.
