Unjustified Criticism re Poker Training
Susana Martin wrote in a performance card evaluation report that I had not been flexible, did not respect a management decision and did not understand business needs after I was taken out of the poker training. This was unjustified criticism as Samira Mouhayar admitted. Although this was written only once, it was never corrected and it was several times used by Susana Martin to put me in a bad light, for instance in her meeting with Roni Maman for the bullying grievance investigation.

Page 2213 A – 2216 D: Susana Martin states that she was on holiday the week that I was called out of poker training, that she got the information in the performance card from Samira Mouhayar. She admits that I was flexible by going to my desk but evades to answer the question why the negative comment was written in the performance card and falsely claimed that I complained all the time that I was taken out of the poker training while in fact I asked to finish the training. In page 2218 G – 2219 C: Susana Martin states that the poker training is not important as there is a minimal number of cases. In page 2220 A – C: Susana Martin agrees that after I was taken out of the poker training, two other employees did do the complete poker training.

Page 2707 A – 2713 E: Samira Mouhayar talks about my being taken out of the Poker training, a non-event as the Chairman called it. Ms Mouhayar falsely claims that she felt I was a bit aggressive during the short chat with her. She states that I was flexible, that I did respect a management decision and that I did understand the business needs after leaving the poker training as requested and go to my desk to work. She is then confronted with the email to her, Susana Martin and Danielle Wood in which I complain about Ms Martin's unjustified criticism in the performance card. I asked Ms Mouhayar why the unjustified criticism was never corrected, to which she gave an evasive answer.
