In my witness statement I wrote a few times about Susana Martin being bullied by the Camp 2 guys. This was quite harsh at times, making her weep in the office. In Susana Martin's written witness statements, she completely denies that she was ever bullied by Camp 2 and blamed the weeping on a break-up with a partner, although she was by then already in an intimate relationship with Martijn van der Vechte. This is another example of collusion, of the systematically rewriting of history after I filed my claim form.
Page 1764 D – F: Dennis Dorland states that Susana Martin was intimidated by Yousri Amrani. In page 1765 A – F: Dennis Dorland states that Camp 2 members took on purpose longer breaks to annoy Susana Martin and himself. This is confirmed in page 1811 E – 1812 D where Mr Dorland states that he could overhear conversations between Camp 2 members, something what I as well brought up when they we're planning sick leave to annoy Susana Martin.
Page 2090 C – 2091 E: Stef van Veen explains the bad relation between Jose Luis Aznar and Susana Martin, which could have been solved by sending Mr Aznar away. He states that Jose Luis Aznar was undermining Susana Martin in her role as team leader.
Page 2126 D – 2127 C: Susana Martin admits that working with Jose Luis Aznar could be not easy. In page 2166 C – E: Ms Martin tells the Chairman that she had disagreements with Mr Aznar but denies that she was bullied by him. This is another example of the continuous use of euphemisms for bullying: “disagreements”. The instructions given to the Respondent's witnesses are clear: never use the word “bullying”, call it “disagreements”, “misunderstandings”, “tensions”, etc.
Page 2198 C – 2202 F: Susana Martin states that, although Yousri Amrani had been moved to VIP, “he was still talking about her and trying to be in the team”. She wanted to ask Mr Amrani to leave her alone and not talk to her. Mr Amrani left the meeting and went to confront Martijn van der Vechte, then Susana Martin intervened in that as Yousri Amrani had said “a really bad word” about her. “Trying to be part of the team”, meant that Yousri came quite often. Susana Martin is caught out that there were issues like gossiping, which is bullying, between her and Camp 2, although she had completely denied till here that Camp 2 were bullying her.
Page 2498 H – 2499 B: I mention in an email that Camp 2 are undermining Susana Martin. Samira Mouhayar admits that this sounds like bullying of Susana Martin by Camp 2.
