A Harder Hand Management Style When Susana Martin started bullying me, several weeks before her PIP started, this PIP was used in the Respondent's rewriting of history as that I needed a harder management style by Ms Martin, to disguise her bullying as “better management”. Page 2250 A – 2253 G: Susana Martin states that she needed to be firmer in general, with all her personnel. She specifically mentions me for talking about people calling in sick. Ms Martin agrees that only once I brought up that Camp 2 were planning to call in sick. Then she states I did bring up sickness at least twice, but not something I did on a regular basis. I stated that I only mentioned it once and as she forbade me to repeat it, that's exactly what I did. This was Ms Martin's only reason or explanation for using a firmer management style on me, which is nonsensical as this does not explain the sabotaged holiday requests, bad evaluations, unjustified criticism, etc. Page 1791 D – E: Dennis Dorland states that he never thought that I needed a harder treatment by the management. Page 2097 H – 2098 F: Stef van Veen states that I did not need a harder management style or more discipline. He mentions Susana Martin's dealing with “my situation”, that she should have nipped it in the bud, referring to a long tension, another euphemism for the bullying I was suffering. |
