Page 2735 A – E: For his grievance investigation only three documents were given to Roni Maman by HR and he was briefed by HR.
Page 2737 A – C: Roni Maman was not informed by Danielle Wood that she had caught out Susana Martin lying.
Page 2743 B – 2744 B: Roni Maman agrees that at the end of the meeting I had with him, I said that his solution was not going to work.
Page 2744 E – H: Roni Maman states that he was not aware of the emails I had sent to Danielle Wood in which I mentioned that going back to my team was not an option.
Page 2745 F – 2746 D: Roni Maman states that he was not aware that other team members felt bullied by Susana Martin.
