Page 2473 F – 2476 H: Samira Mouhayar states that very soon after I finished my training, she heard that Susana Martin was given a hard time by some members of her team. Ms Mouhayar then strangely tries to shift the blame on me. Ms Mouhayar states that some people started complaining about Susana Martin's behaviour. She states that Yousri Amrani was making Susana Martin feel unpleasant. Ms Mouhayar said that she was aware that Jose Luis Aznar had disagreements with Susana Martin which lasted to the end of my employment.
Page 2487 C – F: Samira Mouhayar states that I got permission to sit with the English team so as not to sit with Camp 2. In page 2723 D – 2724 G: Samira Mouhayar again states that I had permission to sit with the English team because I felt not comfortable in my own team.
Page 2488 F – 2490 E: I show some statements from my early emails with complaints about being bullied by Camp 2 to Samira Mouhayar. Ms Mouhayar, after previously denying that she had ever seen bullying, now admits that some of the events described were indeed bullying. In page 2494 C – G: Ms Mouhayar accepts that Yousri Amrani bullied me after confronting Ms Mouhayar with one of my emails. In page 2496 A – D: Samira Mouhayar states that she involved HR because she thought that I felt alarmed, distressed, very upset, very annoyed by the bullying. In page 2498 H – 2499 C: Samira Mouhayar again states that my complaint sounded like bullying. I refer as well as Susana Martin being undermined by Camp 2.
Page 2496 F – 2497 B: Samira Mouhayar states that the Camp 2 members were called in a meeting with Susana Martin after I complained about Camp 2's misbehaviour. Ms Mouhayar never states that I was called in such a meeting too, so only Camp 2 were called in.
Page 2715 E – 2718 G: About Susana Martin's PIP, Samira Mouhayar agrees that knowledge, dealing with team issues and sufficient shadowing and feedback were Susana Martin's capability issues. Ms Mouhayar states that there was no extra product training, only some coaching. This clearly was not sufficient, and I suffered the consequences of this weak PIP as Ms Martin got away with her bullying and continued to bully me.
