Danielle Wood Cross-examination Danielle Wood gives answers that are mostly repeats of what is already in her written witness statements. Ms Wood did not accept that many of my emails where de facto grievances. A lot of examples were brought up of notifications in which I communicate that a return to the bullies was no option for me. Ms Wood always claimed that I only had allegations and perceptions of bullying. Page 2587 F – 2589 E: Danielle Wood states that she found my complaints were always very dramatic, in exaggerated language. Page 2599 G – 2601 B: When I went sick with stress-related anxiety caused by the bullying at work, after ten days of sick leave my wages were halved. Danielle Wood admits that there was a discretion to not do this. Page 2601 C – 2602 G: Danielle Wood states that options were sought to move me away from the bullies, like another job in the company or temporarily being supervised by another team leader. Nothing of this materialised. Page 2622 C – 2623 D: I point out an email in which I wrote about my ongoing mental issues. Danielle Wood again states that I used quite dramatic language and that she did not see a mental health issue with me as I had no further sick notes. In page 2625 A – 2626 F: Danielle Wood claims that I have not clearly communicated about my mental health state and refers again to the absence of a sick note, concluding that I was fit for work. Ms Wood tries to make something of the absence of a medical recommendation letter, although she never requested me to get one. Neither did she at any moment consider that a relapse of my anxiety was possible, or even likely. |
