Holiday requests used as a bullying tool
One of the ways of bullying by Susana Martin, was to create problems with holiday requests. In general for a holiday request, one went to Ms Martin, had a face to face chat with her, and after receiving a verbal agreement, you than later put it in the intranet page which was set up to formally request your leave. Mr Martinez attempted to rewrite history by claiming that there were never verbal agreements and that the only way to request a holiday was via filling out a form. The Chairman took this over in his Judgement, contrary to all the evidence that proves him wrong. Regarding my May 2018 holiday request, it is confirmed by several witnesses that it was easier to get a weekday off than an weekend day.

Page 1901 F – H: I refer to booking a holiday, which is done via the company's intranet. In page 1903 A – C: I repeat that the intranet is used to book holidays.

Page 1779 A – 1780 F: Dennis Dorland explains that you could go face to face to the team leader, get a verbal agreement that the holidays were OK, end then they were cancelled later by the team leader. This happened to several of the Camp 2 members too. In page 1793 A – F: Mr Dorland states that it was easier to get a day of during the week than in the weekend.

Page 2100 E – 2101 D: Stef van Veen states that he didn't remember exactly how holiday requests were made and admits that he could be wrong when he thought it might have been done by filling out a form and keeping a copy. He states that you could get verbal approval of a holiday request from Susana Martin and then fill out the form later. Mr van Veen's assumption about the form was wrong as proven by the other witnesses, but, unbelievably, the Chairman still took this version as how holiday requests were done.

Page 2189 H – 2191 E: Susana Martin agrees that at times it was possible to verbally agree on a holiday request. She claims that only one person can take holiday at a certain time, which is not correct. In page 2264 C – D: an example that two people were on holiday on the same day, what Ms Martin earlier had said that only one could be away. She lied.
