Yousri Amrani Cross-examination Page 2380 B – E: Yousri Amrani confirms the incident where Susana Martin called Jose Luis Aznar gay behind his back. In page 2381 G – 2382 E: Yousri Amrani confirms that the bad atmosphere in the team already existed before I started in the team. In page 2383 E – 2385 B: The Chairman thinks it's strange that the gay comment led to a total breakdown in the relationship with Ms Martin. Mr Amrani replies to that that there were smaller incidents which accumulated. He continues that Camp 2 did not like Susana Martin. Page 2387 G – 2388 E: Yousri Amrani describes the tensions in the team as not being able to get along with the team leader. Page 2394 B – H: Yousri Amrani states that his “shadowing” of me quickly stopped, claiming that was because I went for a second opinion to shift-supervisors and team leaders. Page 2400 A – 2403 G: Yousri Amrani states that on at least three occasions, he came to confront me about going to the shift-supervisors and team leaders. He picks up one example, a user name MOALI, where he claimed that we should not have dealt with him. I did deal with him because the deputy head of department had asked me to do so. Mr Amrani answers to this that if he would have known this, he would never have obstructed me and not have argued about it. Page 2405 A – 2406 E: Yousri Amrani remembers several incidents in the presence of Leanne Dyer and that on one occasion he shared his frustration about me with her and it might have been that voices were raised. Page 2417 F – 2419 E: Yousri Amrani tries to give an explanation for why the management allowed him to give a hard approach to Dennis Dorland and Stef van Veen but not to me. He claims that the department manager, team leader and shift-supervisors all together protected me, a super-conspiracy from the management. It sounded pretty nonsensical to try to talk himself out of it this way. Page 2437 C – 2439 F: Yousri Amrani talks about how it was to work with Susana Martin, which he on some occasions experienced as bullying. Mr Amrani states that Ms Martin talked behind people's back and that she went to his VIP manager (Luis Pinto) to put him in a bad light. Page 2453 E – 2455 H: Yousri Amrani states that during his HR interview in early February 2018, it was the first time he could throw everything on the table. The Chairman notes that Yousri Amrani talks all the time about Susana Martin but not once Mr Amrani mentions my name, although he has been claiming that I always was a source of frustration for him. He does mention other team members' names though. The Chairman then strangely concludes that I, at that time, could not have been a problem for Mr Amrani because I wasn't working in his team anymore. Page 2456 A – F: Yousri Amrani states that his VIP job interactions with Customer Service could be done completely electronically, that there was no need to share the same work floor. This goes against Roni Maman's plan to keep the VIP team on the same floor and that my proposal to move VIP, and remove the bullies, was perfectly reasonable and feasible. Page 2461 C – 2467 E: Yousri Amrani is re-examined by Mr Martinez and a document is brought up which was only disclosed on the Friday before the ten-day Tribunal hearing started. After Mr Martinez ends, I continue with further questions. The document disclosed was a screenshot of a Word document that was a draft for an email to Susana Martin. A very strange combination to keep a document like this. In this document, Mr Amrani wrote that I tried to make it look as if Camp 2 were bullying me. Mr Amrani's explanation is strange, it doesn't seem to follow a logical timeline. But in a contemporary document, he does use the word bullying. |
