I would suggest that we are at a stage where we need to determine what options are possible. I can’t guarantee I wave magic wand and make it happen but what do you want to achieve BVT When I applied for this job in this company, knowing for many years, many people I know here who are very happy, it was a fantastic opportunity to start a long term career.
